Great quality for the price
Didn’t care for the packaging/ presentation. It made the necklace feel cheap. Even if it isn’t. Imagine is important, just ask Nike. It arrived in a small plastic like a sandwich bag stuffed in another plastic bag with the address label sticker on it. You can do better. Charge an extra $7 and put it in a nice box with your logo on it. Include a business card, signed and quality inspected. Something like that. Also a discount card for free shipping on your next purchase. That way you get repeat customers. I want image too. I can get the same necklace at the local flea market for $9. If you’ve ever bought a iPhone you know what I’m talking about. The packaging is superb and you know it’s a great phone before you ever turn it on! Hope this helps.

The last one tarnished so I got ahold of the company and they said that should not have happened so they went back to their team and they said something happened with the manufacture so they said they would send us another necklace so far so good great customer service and beautiful jewelry my husband loves the price he got so thank you.

I love the pendant, but I wish the chain came in different sizes. The standard chain is really long.
Item looks nothing like photo. Pendant itself is cheap looking and very light weight. You can barely see the compass markings. Very disappointed and would like to return and have money paid returned to original form of payment.
